Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests are accepted only before work has started on your order. Once outreach, content creation, publisher placement, or link acquisition has begun, the order becomes non-refundable due to the resources already invested.

  • Full refund before any work begins.
  • Partial refund if only part of the work has been completed.
  • No refund after all agreed deliverables have been completed.
  • Monthly SEO subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Failed Placements

If we are unable to secure the agreed placement, we will either replace it with an equivalent opportunity or issue a full refund for that specific order.

Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same order, we will refund the duplicate payment after verification.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
